My dear parishioners and all visitors to St. Ann’s, Quesnel.
We have begun our 24th Faith in Action Campaign. So, I would like to invite all of us, everyone, please give generously to our parish FIA campaign 24. Even if you are a visitor – you are most welcomed to give to our FIA campaign. It is always good to give and “it is in giving that we received” (St. Francis of Assissi).
Our parish FIA goal of this year 2014-2015 is the same as last few years: $30,625.00. In our 2013-2014 FIA Campaign You gave $47,135.00 and we received back $16,510.00. I thank you very much for your generosity. The over-goal of this FIA 24 will be for fixing the parking lot and for paying off the debt.
You have received the FIA Brochure and the FIA Pledge from the Bishops’ Office. However, for some reasons, some of you might not receive it. The parish office will be gladly to give it to you.
To contribute and to give to FIA: You either send your FIA cheque directly to the bishop’s office or put it the Sunday collection or give it to the parish office. The diocese will send you the official tax receipt after December 31st.
Together we are the generous workers in the Vineyard of God, St. Ann’s parish. (Mt.20.1-16). Therefore “live your live in a manner worthy of the Gospel of Christ”. (Philippians 1.27)
